Well why not? Mount & Blade Bannerlord also have good stuff, if you feel that you are drifting away with time - that great game
Summertime SAGA game is quite slow start but then yeah good time-pacing

Summertime Saga & Desert Stalker since their sandbox isn't terrible.
Summertime Saga probably could be grindy if you play a specific way of getting/maxing everything at the start before doing any story.

Although my favorite Sandbox game that is considered to be grindy is Lucky Paradox.

A movie isn't a game, but then neither is a kinetic novel. True, it would be one of the most well known of the games here if it existed and was any good.

Skyrim....if you consider trying to make 600 mods work together as "playing", sometimes I'm even able to open the game without crashing. ( IDON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT VANILLA SKYRIM LOOKS LIKE ANYMORE PLZ SEND HELP)

The grind on Graveyard keeper is insane!

In the base game, yeah. It got better with DLC.

Imouto Fantasy Monochrome is probably the best of the bunch but I found it boring to play...
Lab Rats 2 is probably the one with the most robust corporate system, but there are definitely problems with the game overall...

Oh, I suppose I should mention Free City, but that game is definitely a bucket of potential without enough realization...

I guess the first question is what do you mean by management? Do you want a Brothel simulator? Do you want to manage relationships? Do you want to run a business?

There are tools like Wabbajack, if I'm not mistaken, where you can install a large set of mods in one click. There are ready-made packs of 2000 mods that completely change the game, simpler ones where they only change the graphics, etc.
And you don’t need to search and configure it yourself for weeks.
There are all sorts of other similar tools, but I don’t remember them.
