I really like the overall concept, as well as most of the individual scenes. Two things slightly irked me:
A) The behaviour of the MC. In the setup, we learn that he is deliberately out for sex with his patients, planned for a long time. But then once he is about to succeed, he seems to get cold feet? I like that the girls are active participants, but the MC just seems a bit off. If he is meant to put on an act, mabe add some internal monologue to hint at that? Or just make him overall a bit more confident.
B) The last sex scene with Kathy felt a bit jumpy to me. He's barely in, and then already switching positions around.

An idea that might make sense or not, depending how the plot goes: Adding something for the player to do can make them feel more complicit with the actions, and thus more engaged. Even if your story line is linear, this could eg be something like letting the player choose "This morning I'll see Erica, and this afternoon I see Kathy." This would only work if the individual girl's story lines are kept separate though.

Download the file and play it still says that the download file is 0.2 but it's in fact Shrink-0.6. The DEV just forgot to rename the files name.
