I do. I said so in my post. GoFile will still ask me to watch an ad, but it gets blocked so it doesn't bother me. I've seen a few other comment sections where it was said that ad blockers were causing loops on GoFile when they chose the ad, but I never had that problem myself. The guy I was replying to later mentioned the connection reset, which made me think it's the antivirus software. I really did have that problem myself on the UPS website, and it was Avast tripping up Firefox. Those two work for about 97% of things, but you can come across the occasional site that is just not friendly to that combo. Avast was primarily made to work with Chrome, and they work very well together. I use another antivirus now, one that appears to be more browser agnostic, and haven't had any problems.

I simply quit using Gofile, fuck popups, I quit dealing with those and any site that uses them back in the early 2000's. I have a VPN (that everyone should have anyway these days if they give a shit about their privacy or security, unless they like being stalked online by everyone trying use them to make a buck anyway they digitally can) so use Mega and their desktop app and change IP when the limit is hit. Of couse I'm sure eventually they will catch on and simply start banning all VPN servers the way streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu do, but then $5/TB is cheap anyway.

Eh no biggie, after I rage quit and unsubbed the rest on Fanbox (other devs I was subbed to there simply have no backup option so I will prob end up wasting my money after they get banned too at some point, fuck Fanbox and fuck Japan and their censorship) that freed up part of the budget so just subbed on SS.

Now that I think of it, maybe using Australia as my first choice for IP location wasn't the best decision, but I started bouncing around the US after that, didn't have any luck. Others people probably did beat me to it. Also, I only use the web browser to download Mega. Haven't used their app since around 2010. Since I have to refresh the page to get the new IP to connect, that's where you see the advantage in using the app.

what you're saying isn't part of reality, if you allow people to have sex with younger humans, then you put your kids in danger and their future kids as well. don't normalize underaged sex, people should not fuck even at 18, why lower what's already not good enough?

That kind of ignores all of human history until about 60 years ago and many cultures even today, where 12-15 years olds were getting married, holding jobs, and starting families, even settling whole territories basically alone at times. In the west we have infantilized people and destroyed them with public education and coddling them to keep them "safe" until we now live in an age where even people in their mid-twenties can barely hold a job at a fast-food place and can't even tell a boy and a girl apart and think men and women are interchangeable to the point of letting men compete against women in full contact sports. I agree that in the west today even an 18-year-old is too stupid to do much of anything, but that is an indictment on the culture and decline of responsibility and personal growth and the importance of maturity. Not the specific number of years that person has lived. I've known 14-year-olds who held a job and practically raised their younger siblings because their parents were shit, and I've known 28-year-olds who thought chocolate milk came from brown cows.

Even as close in time as the 1950 16-year-olds were getting married and starting their lives. 15-year-olds stormed the beaches of Normandy and won wars. I was talking with a college student taking a psychology, class and I mentioned that I was taught that the human brain is still developing until a person turns 24... they told me that in their classes now it is said that it is developing until 28... if you coddle people they will never fully develop as independent self-reliant folk. And for all of human history until this last century people were expected to grow up, now the governments of the world want even fully developed adults to live at home and rely on daddy government, so they keep them dumb and simple minded and afraid. Sex outside of marriage is always a problem no matter what the age of the people involved, that has always been understood, but now western culture refuses to let people marry before the government allows it, because it is about control, not development or the possible maturity of the people who want to get married.

That's your opinion, not mine. The fact is that magic 18 number is a relatively recent artificial invention, especially when you compare the 200,000+ year history of modern humans. Less than 130 years ago the AOC was 7-12, human civilization obviously didn't end as a result, in fact that's part of why the global population exploded despite 2 global wars and a few pandemics killing off over 10% of the human race during that time. Humans have been mating when they get horny regardles of age since they started humaning, and that is usually when their personal puberty hits, no matter how many laps around the sun they have done. That's just nature, biology and evolution at work, and no amount of 20th-21st century laws or moral opinions are going to undo 10,000+ generations of evolution (arguably far more if you count the 5-6 million years prior and protohumans as part of that chain). They are fickle as hell anyway and sometimes change in a single generation, the changing attitudes on homosexuality over the past 60 years, total 180 from illegal/disgusting to mostly socially accepted and can even marry, is Exhibit A, and may very well possibly flip another 180 in another century or 2 or even less since it's already done so before over the past couple millenia. You will have about the same success stopping certain pairs of people fucking based on gender, race, age, blood relation, etc as attempting to make space travel cheaper and easier by passing a law that repeals the law of gravity, particularly when it's impossible to police everyone's bedrooms and keep privacy laws both intact, those are mutually exclusive and if anything is constant at least over the history of the USA is that no one wants a 1984-world no matter what the alternative is, even when it's not catching a million others for every one that is caught that doesn't agree with your opinion or that of a judge or the majority.
