Yeah some people have pretty loose definitions of what NTR is these days. Now it's basically anything that's intended to cause jealousy in the player and apparently that includes lesbian scenes whether or not they are harem members. I mean if people are getting pissed because Kayleigh (that I hope is pregnant with the MC's kid btw if you chose to let her practice her cowgirl skills in the car, would be a nice story arc) and the MC's daughter are a couple and having sex they should probably take a break from AVNs, since neither of them are even LI's cheating on the MC (at least not yet), let alone in a supposedly exclusive relationship with him. And the funny thing is you are not forced to make Kayleigh an LI or fuck her in the car, MC already knew she was in a relationship with his daughter so if people chose to fuck her anyway that's on them and pretty foolish to think she'd stop fucking everyone else just because he chose to fuck her. AVN MC's do tend to have magic dicks, but seldom to that degree.
