If you have version 7.1 you can also set the age to 9. Then you can use the persistent file of version 7.1, et voilà.
At least it worked with version 8.2, but I think it's the same with 8.5.

At the moment I see no reason why this game should be banned from F95. F95 allows underage girls if they don't look too young. I guess the only criterion is the fact that the girls must have some breasts, then everything is OK for F95 and all the girls in this game so far have some breasts.

There will be no lewd content with April. Some content was originally planned, but those plans were scrapped once RIC0H found out what the likely legal impact would be in his location. This means that any story content with her is now mostly irrelevant, and it is likely to be significantly downplayed/reduced from the original plans. (Which, of course, is why the comment you were replying to suggested that she doesn't really have a narrative purpose anymore, and should be removed from the game entirely.)

This is what I was thinking as well, a couple years time skip to where they are all living with him already. Setup is already there since Katie said she would think about moving in but it wasn't something she would do right now.
