In terms of absolute length, no. However, the dev had to render 4 versions of most scenes (maybe more than that of a few scenes), to represent all the possible states of dress of each of the girls, and combinations thereof, not to mention certain special scenes that not all girls would get (and various states of undress for those too). Also, apparently there are two scenes which can only be gotten by luck or being told exactly which choices to make in which order: 1) BJ scene with a pajama-clad Angel; 2) Nude cunnlingus and BJ scene with Hana. Presumably you can only get one of those scenes. Also, nothing you do in this update seems to affect your innocence/corruption meter. In terms of renders and coding, it's probably equal to any other update.

I have no idea. You can watch them in the gallery, plus I seem to remember someone posting saves that were made after the proper choices had been made to enable each scene.

Edit: a couple of posts by "RichardLewd" mention saves, but no saves are currently available.

Focus on the girl you want (Hana or Angel) during the truth or dare game and the scene while happen after.
For what I understand, you need high corruption for Angel, low corruption for Hana

Saves for both new scenes:
save 1: all start naked at the bottle game, focus the dare option on Angel up to the kiss to get extra scene with angel
save 2: start at the Hana scene
Click the image, click save link as, save image to you hard drive, open winrar and from winrar chose to open image, or drag image into winrar, type numbers 1 to 8, extract the 2 files inside, copy them into the saves folder inside the family faring folder , i think that the saves are at the fourth page on the saves list inside the game

Not really, the only reason episode 5 part 2 took so long is cos of the minigame, a month for nearly half way point is pretty good
