Roblox is unironically the closest we've got to a porn game with multiplayer. It really shouldn't be that way because it's a game for kids but parents really need to keep an eye on their kids' Roblox accounts.

There are several, some of the games are hosted separately online or you can download them, it's your choice as to which you prefer in that scenario. Unless you meant like with other people in some sort of coop or competitive environment.
