I had no idea what to put for each of those, so I went with "Date Chapter 13 was completed and released to supporters" and "Date I released Chapter 13 on LewdCorner."
Those seemed to fit "Update" and "Release" dates.

Technically it's supposed to be 'date of the very first public release' and 'date of latest update's public release' but it;s fine I suppose. It was meant to show how long the game has been around for play.
