Looks AI and depending on the generator, it's probably a semi-realistic style.

Yeah looks like one of the many anireal stable diffusion models. The image even has 'that girl' faces which is common on those merges or on generations that used text inversion in the negative prompt. You can find millions of images in this 'style'. Not sure why the one you have is watermarked when it's something that anyone can do in a couple seconds lol. Also doubt the creator left the metadata in the png to allow others to generate it.

OP, I can suggest several specific checkpoints if you want to generate images exactly like that one.

Yeah, AI Stable Diffusion is what it looks like. I get the problems with it especially not getting consent from artists to train on their art or crediting them for it... on the other hand... I've seen some AI stuff.
