Hail Dicktator has a similar structure with the main character as a male authority figure among a lot of girls. Also has the BDSM aspect, and unlike The Headmaster it's updated regularly and predictably, a great but rare feature in the genre. The girls vary more in age though.

I quite liked Fetish Locator especially the first season.
Any games similar to it with a variety of fetishes, nice renders, interesting story and not grindy.

I'm always surprised by the reaction to posts like this and try things in them. I dont play too many Html games but I've liked a few. I assume anything i suggest you've played already.

Strive for Power is similar in the sense that you can capture and train an endless number of slaves and is mostly text-based.

Fort of Chains is a similar slave training/city building (or fort building in this case) game loop.

oh judging from the reaction of the post directly below yours I assumed it was a joke. Thats good to know I'd never download a Pregmod after AI Loli Preg art with weird slits down their bellies reminded me of those dick slugs from the final act of Fate::Stay Night. I think that was my first porn game other than maybe a translated Ranma 1/2 RPG for the super nintendo but that barely counts. I loved that first fate and UBW but I never finished the 3rd scenario... Dick slugs are where I draw the line.

They just recently added support to have it generate AI art based on slaves using local Stable Diffusion, I'm not a huge fan of the "realistic" model but the anime style model is fine. There's also a webgl 3D option that generates characters based on the slave description, it is neat but can start to feel samey.
