Mine should be Sisterly Lust. I was playing cartoonish games like Witch Trainer among my first "modern" games but Sisterly Lust is the game that got me truly engrossed, I guess.

I can't remember the exact first one I played since it was over 20 years ago but I stumbled across a random sketchy website with hundreds of lewd Flash games. There's no telling how many viruses I put on to my parents' computer from that site, lol.

The old flash games, no idea which one was the very first but I remember a game series where you played a photographer that had to make/collect nude pictures to sell to a magazine.

There was also a strip version of snake and a game where you played an angel in a sort of haunted mansion and depending on you're choices you either got a good ending or a very corrupted (aka horny) ending
