A thing I would use in my own story if I ever make a VN would be if the player keeps choosing the creampie option eventually the MC has a mini story arc where he has some severe testicle pain, finds out he has up-till-now undiagnosed hernia that was also pinching off his vas deferens so he was unknowingly infertile. surgery arc would result in you being fertile again afterwards cause your male tubs arent pinched off any longer. or the player could opt for the vasectomy at same time if they prefer risk free creampies. either way leads to a couple days in-game with one or more LIs pampering you while you're on after surgery bedrest.
