Since this is a spinoff It's probably something to do when he's waiting for something to happen on SSP (prob rendering). So far there's not nearly as much pathing or characters involved so seems less complicated/time-consuming than SSP. Also Macy has alot of fans on SS (if she's in a poll then she usually wins) and rather than turn SSP into the Macy show (with nothing but flashbacks since she's presently dead) it was spun off.

I do wish there was just a way to consolidate the standalone game chronologically into SSP. I really hate how uptight people are about these fake characters having their own stories that don't revolve around the MC. It leads to terrible writing and weak characters too...

I made an original comment saying I hope he this doesn't take away from SSP because a lot of devs ruin their main game with making a side game etc but this was actually really hot and Im just as excited for this now.

Just a guess but if he has 2 rigs Macy is on one while SSP is on another. Also development is not at all linear the way we play it, esp with all the paths and choice branches. If he's temporarily stuck waiting on his SSP PC for renders to a scene to finish before he can continue that's a good time to switch to the Macy PC. Only way to get around that would be to get a major render rig (ie a rack server with 8x 4090's) to where waiting on renders is little to nonexistent, but very few dev's do that that are not Dr. Pink Cake or Industrial Light and Magic. Really Macy seems like a side project. At least he doesn't have 3 major AVNs getting juggled like Blackheart or 5 like Burstout (soon to be renamed Burnout).

Yeah I usually don't sub/unsub if they seem to just try to please everyone on F95, it leads to a dumpster fire mess that no one likes (including the dev). Last week I saw a 0.1 released and when he was asked what future tags were planned predictably someone mentioned NTR and everything went to shit from there, depending on how many likes or facepalms a possible future tag was getting it was anyone's guess. Needless to say the dev had no spine and was trying to make everyone happy by flip-flopping his future planned tags while probably trying to maximise Patreon/SS subs rather than stick to his guns with his own vision and didn't realize the angry mob most of F95 is when it comes to tags or lack there of (NTR/lolis/incest being the triggers most often). I doubt that will get a v 0.2.

Probably eventually. It hasn't even been out 3 weeks yet on $15 tier. Haven't really paid attention to Ketzal's public release schedules but most dev's either separate teirs a week or make the previous release public when the new one is out for subs or a combination of those.

Damn this was short -- and just when it was about to get good too. Though I did like what little I got. I guess that means I'll be waiting with bated breath for the continuation.

I wonder if we'll see a flashback to the start of Martin and Ann's relationship, like we saw with MC and Macy in the main game? Besides being the (apparent) origin of the incest daisy-chain that is this family, it's also one of the few dynamics between direct-relations that we haven't seen yet. Consider:
MCxAlice (Daughter initiates)
MacyxMartin (Father initiates)
MacyxSophie (Sister initiates)
MCxMacy (Mother initiates)
MCxNicole (Either Brother or Sister initiates depending on choices, but MC can start earliest)

Comparatively, MartinxAnn is the example of a mother-son pairing where the son started first. Considering the unique erotic terror of MC's first time, I'd be interested to see what the writing's like when the shoe's on the other foot in the 'ol "return to mommy's womb and put a sibling-child there" fantasy.
