Overview:
This is an interactive touch nurturing simulation game where you engage in “slightly unusual training” with your niece at an apartment after school. Rather than a cohabitation setup, the situation is that “your sister’s daughter comes over to play every day after school.”

The heroine of this title, Nanaha-chan, is a earnest, shy, and reliable girl. The main content revolves around “gently conditioning an innocent girl who longs to be a magical girl through kind lies.” It also includes several training-like elements, such as spanking her bottom or making her pose with her legs spread wide.

Instead of static variant illustrations, it features “physics-based touch” where her breasts react and bounce in real time to the movements of your hands and tongue. With reactions changing depending on how you touch her, it is a slightly challenging title focused primarily on manual controls. Estimated playtime is around 1 to 4 hours.​

Basically the whole game is compiled into one giant exe, instead of having files that the game's exe would reference (such as assets). I imagine this is also why the game seems to have to take time to load stuff, as being baked into the exe means it has to create all of the visuals on startup.

Did you let it? Also you might have blocked it from internet access so it can't update.
