The lack of images for games is annoying. Especially in the (Games+) section. I can view images for regular games on F95, but what about games in (Games+)?

I agree with you, but I dont think users are going to do it passively. To be honest... the way this SHOULD be done is via a server admin in bash. Dig through the logs with grep to find 404s, and narrow it down so you can see only files with image extensions, then filter it through awk or cut to only show filenames and which post# they are from and sort that into a list of which posts have missing images. You could then parse that via the db to find which of those posts are an OP vs a reply and that final list, after ~10 minutes of bash tinkering (or 3 minutes if you use AI to help you) would be a list of all OPs with images that do not load.

grep is slow, use silversearcher or ripgrep ... apt install ripgrep help... but yes your solution makes sense...
or use a perl script...but yes still thanks for reporting the games...also if its too much

fyi to fix the broken image issue please report the game with broken image, then the mods can be fixed it.

I miss a functional LU that not only showed me actual updates but also was useful for discovering new games. It's been years at this point.

Honestly, the only two things bothering me at the moment are the fact that the new "Latest Updates" doesn't actually save your presets so I've got to set it up every time. (Does it attempt to store in local cookies instead of site account variables? - Bad move if so.)


And the listings in the latest updates take no heed to which threads you've already ignored, really annoying.

No complaints outside of game images, but I know some of them are so old ass threads, so I don't really care too much.

Maybe the option to separate AI games into their own category? i'm not a fan of those.

this was due to a server crash & its taken a while for the admin & mods to do each of the 10,000+ corrupted pages in the games section manually

I have noticed that my preferred saved searches are gone; there was once a point where my searches were saved even after logging out and i really enjoyed that as it helped me filter out genres i dislike seeing. Um, the urgency isn't critical, probably low but it's a nice convenience to have your preferred searches linked to an account rather than an instance.
On PC and on Firefox

also if I'm delusional and this was just never a feature, still sounds good to add it anyways, maybe as an option lolz

1. My personal vendetta that I know will never happen because others don't think it's a big deal... I want censored works to go in their own section.
1.5 what might be more universal: a tag blacklist. That way nobody has to see shit they don't want to.
2. The broken images feel more and more aggravating as time goes on.

/rant: I will never understand why people think censorship is fine. The whole point of porn is to see parts that are normally hidden. if you're OK with the best parts being re-hidden, I don't know what else to say besides that you might as well go back to wanking to the sears catalog or the swimsuit edition.

Broken Images
The broken images issue has been discussed to exhaustion. I had problems with images due to my VPN at the same time the images were corrupted — it took me a while to figure out the problem. A "Known Issues" section that's not part of the technical forum would be helpful, covering things like VPNs that providers block images with, extensions or browsers that break the site. There could also be a self-test section with images and resources that are known to be working.
Maybe a subsection would help.

About Tags
My first suggestion is to create a locked post listing all the tags and the rules for a game to receive each tag. This list would be for reference — if there already is one, I've never been able to find it even after searching.
Another suggestion is that the link to this list should be on every game post, perhaps inside a Spoiler: "Tags and Rules" where you could have links to the tags post, forum rules, and other useful links. Sorry for not providing a standard template, but work calls .

I know that fetish tags are a complicated matter, but everyone has their own — hence the need for a list that defines them for Lewd Corner.
I'm really into harem, but for me it's more than just having sex with more than three people — there's a whole context behind the fetish. I understand the need to differentiate between Harem (Shared), Harem (Japanese), and Harem (Traditional), and it ends up being one of the more common tags. Similarly, netoru (NTR) content is already divided into three: netorare (NTRR), netorase (NTS), and netori (NTL).

Harem (Traditional) — The protagonist has 3 or more simultaneous love interests, engages in consensual sex, they agree to share the protagonist, he/she stays faithful to that person, and there's an established relationship.
Harem (Shared) — The protagonist has 3 or more simultaneous love interests, engages in consensual sex, they agree to share the protagonist, and the protagonist also shares with people outside their relationship circle.
Harem (General) — The protagonist has sex with multiple different people, has multiple love interests, the interests don't know about or don't agree to sharing, and the protagonist has to choose one in the end. This encompasses all content classified as harem that doesn't fit into the more specific categories, or a mix of Harem (Shared) and Harem (Traditional). It would be a parent tag, just as netoru is a parent tag for netorase, netorare, and netori.

Priority Level: Low

I think the tag changes should start with the least problematic ones.
My suggestion would be to begin by organizing the objective categories since they have clear definitions and are less likely to lead to differing interpretations. Then gradually move on to the more subjective tags or those involving specific fetishes.
This way, you avoid unnecessary friction and establish a positive precedent for future discussions.
