the issue is we have no control over the button that updates games, there is a bug that i have been studying to try and fix it, but it takes time.

thats not to say the system isnt working, those games just now added android and/or compressed versions, which edited the main posts for them, which marked them as updated


maybe adding a "Thread Update:" to the info block at the top of the post or putting thread updates in a change-log would clear things up/prevent confusion in cases like this

Greetings, an uploader edited the thread which caused it to get bumbed, the bump logic is being worked on. The catastrophic problem was the timestamps, they all dubiously said "6 hrs ago" for every single game and sorted them incorrectly which is fixed.

This is exactly what i thought aswell! I implemented a mark as an update button for every uploader to show up when they are editing a thread but because of xenforo being atrocious as it always is it has problems being unchecked for new edits. we are currently working on a custom method outside of Shitforo for thread editors to use

Yeah the old way always work perfect.. Manual Push/Promote

It was a two step process for the updater but always worked... Just sayin..

Am I just too dumb? I go to Games+ I filter for updated on the last 7 days, and games show as "updated" first, but when I open them, the update was years ago, same thing happens in latest updates... how do I get the actual latest updated games list as it was before? It feels to me like the "Last updates" filter is doing the exact same thing as the "Last comment" filter, and giving you the games that got the latest comments instead of getting the ones that actually had an update.

that is not the latest update page, what you're looking at is an older system that doesnt even work anymore

2 Things, 1. The "please report bugs" link on the Latest Updates screen sends you to an archived thread, makes reporting anything a bit more difficult

2. I'm not sure if it's a bug, I was just surprised that I could see M+ Games without being M+, being able to see all screenshots. Does this not kind of defeat the purpose of locking content behind M+?

you can see the images on the outside, but this is for seo stuff.

So, 'Latest Updates' still isn't really 'Latest Updates' - I don't visit this site to see what the last person posted, I come here to see if there are any new releases and when the Latest updates doesn't work and/or shows the latest post in a game/VN thread that defeats the purpose. I look at the 'Filter' drop down and there is no combination of filters that presents anything that lists game/VN updates...

Sorry if this has already been reported elsewhere. I'm noticing on the LU page that every preview image is duplicated, usually with one image being slightly higher resolution than the other or every second image being missing entirely. My guess is it's related to re-uploads of image files lost in the recent recovery. See the images below.
