You can do this on your own, and it's not difficult.

You must be registered to see attachments

Move the mouse cursor over the underlined link and right-click on it.
Select the option “Open in new tab” and you will remain on the page you are currently on and only need to switch between tabs.

I'm not sure if that's what you want, but that's how I do it.

Dude, honestly, I'm not that dumb, I've been doing this for years on other sites. As you can see in the video, if I'm on the latest updates page and I left-click on the notification bell, it redirects to another page (as I mentioned in the previous comment). And on that other page that opens, if I left-click on the bell, then the notifications appear and then I can open them on another page like in the video.
I'd like to be able to do that on the latest updates page, without it being on the other page that opened.

not really possible on the latest updates page, it would be possible if the page was part of xenforo but it is not.

yeah that is strange, ill have apollo look into it when he is awake, i did just test a game and edited a thread and saved it to see if that triggers a unwarranted update and it did not, so now i am pretty confused, unless a staff member was editing a thread and ticked to update the thread.

I just wanted to help you and to be honest with you:
I didn't even watch your video because I don't click on anything with Google on it unless I absolutely have to.
And I already mentioned:

Besides:
Here, you often meet people who are using a forum for the first time and have no idea how to write a post or use the website.
So how am I supposed to know how much knowledge you already have?
I can only guess and then offer you the simplest solution I can think of.

Also I would appreciate an explanation of what each of the tags NEW, UPDATED, and EDITED (if that one still exists and was not just replaced with UPDATED) are supposed to indicate. To me, a NEW game is brand new to this site. An UPDATED game is not brand new, and has received an update by its creator - content or bugfix. It should not mean the OP was edited to replace broken DL links or other content like mods, walkthroughs, 3rd-party conversions (like the Ren'py versions of Icstor's games), or 3rd-party compressed versions. Those are my expectations when I see a game marked NEW or UPDATED. Am I wrong? Right now, those tags appear to be applied inconsistently

And as I pointed out in another thread, you have at least one uploader who believes he should update a thread's "Latest Update Datetime" field when he replaces a link. If he's wrong, some effort to make sure all your uploaders are on the same page might be productive

On an unrelated note, while the "archived posts" (shouldn't it be "archived threads"?!) folder is welcome and a vast improvement on deleting threads without warning, might I suggest that "archiving" only be used on threads where conversation has actually stopped? For example, you archived a thread which people were posting in yesterday. Isn't that a little premature?

After a few days when nobody is posting, sure, that makes sense, and while I appreciate just recently we've had three or four threads all on the same topic, those threads have also had different debates and discussions, with different people, still ongoing, it's been a pretty hot issue so understandably active.

Otherwise it might seem like archiving is akin to "silencing", which I'm sure isn't the case. Right?!

I'd like to make a suggestion: when we open the website and see a notification, and clicking on it takes us to a new page, leaving the "latest updates" page, it would be better if clicking the bell icon opened a small tab, allowing us to open these notifications in a new page. This way, we would remain on the "latest updates" page, avoiding the need to keep going back to the beginning of the site.

When I hit the back button, it just closes the whole app all together lol. It didn't do this before the new UI. So I feel you on that one.

it is because of the redesign on it, i will add back the ignore class to it.
