I think to both the answer is yes i believe, but the game is common very well made.

In case you want to run around completely naked in the game:

Use my first cheat menu, CTRL + C in order to open it.

scroll down with the mouse wheel to "Switches" and search naked in the search bar and adjust that setting.

I just happened to notice at some point that the staff team changed their stance on the game being allowed under Rule 7 and removed it..so I uploaded it here, because it’s a really great game with lots of fetishes and is superbly made...And the game was 2 years on the site and the game was allowed under rule 7....
