So far, the story is a bit nonsensical. But honestly, who gives a shit. It's pretty clear right off the bat that this isn't trying to replicate Shakespeare or something.
Too long have we been starved of more loli/hebe games, so I'm happy to get one that's not full on engrish or with renders from 2001, and it's also double-triple-fucking-fantastic that I don't think we'll see any sharing or cuckshit. Praying hard.

But like stated, the children all have massive issues. Some (like the developmental part) is caused by something out of anyone's control.
The bigger issues, that also explains the pacifier and diaper, has been caused by a massive asshole of a "dad". It might not make complete sense, but for a loliporn game, I think it fits the bill. No need to overthink it.

Have had a couple of scenes so far (with the DLC), and choices ofc. So I'm very happy for a 0.1.5 release like this.
It was great Friday gift to me lol

ETA: Ebony lolis, too rare. Big thumbs up (the butt)

Now, to clarify I'm not done with all the content yet.
But there is a scene
After you visit the neighbour, and you talk with Diana, and you can make a harem/non-harem choice. I chose harem, obviously. You get back and talk with Maria about it. Did anyone else have missing images here? 'ch4_094' to 098 were missing. I first downloaded from Go iirc, but that link is wrong, it's version 0.1(.0), so I redl from Megaup, which is 0.1.5. Tossed the DLC files in /game, and even did a ctrl-skip run to get back to where I was (there was some changed dialogue, since the skip stopped at several points, so I can confirm it's a newer version).
But both versions had these images missing.
I don't expect a porn game developer to have a degree in literature, but there comes a point where you should have some standards. The most important part of a game, movie, or book is the story. If the story sucks or makes no sense, everything else will suck too. I'm surprised that the games with the worst writing are the ones with loli/shota content, it's like the devs don't know how to make a game that makes sense. I don't know if I can say the name of another game, but I recently played "Little Green Hill" and man, the writing sucks. There are people in the comments saying that the game is great and has an amazing story. I can't enjoy a game if I see inconsistencies or things that make no sense because I lose immersion.
If you are familiar with the developer, you won't be surprised by anything in the game. If anything the content is consistent.

You will get:

1. Every female in the game is on the table as a love interest -- lolis included. They're also all fine with being in a harem of 50 bazillion females.
2. Every other male in the game will be a villain, or possibly a love interest if you pick that option (I know it's available but have never viewed the gay content).
3. The story will probably be nonsense with a good dose of poor English translations. The English isn't terrible, but you get a lot of euphemisms or idioms that are translated literally and don't really make sense in English.
4. There will be girls with disabilities. I assume this is a fetish of the developer. You will get girls in wheelchairs, developmental disabilities, speech impediments etc.
5. All the girls are hyper-sexual and will make advances toward the MC despite how much of a douche he may be. Yet, they all have no sexual experience and have never seen a penis, and don't know what cum is. Exception of course are the mothers in the game. They have to have just enough sexual experience to have children, but it was all bad, and the MC is way better and will be their savior.
6. All the girls will have similar personalities. They all do the shy "bite my lower lip" face. Also, is it just me, or do many of the older girls seem to still have baby teeth?
7. There will be exactly one black family of all girls. It's mandatory, but only one.
8. There will be a couple futa characters. You may get the option about the specifics of the private bits of these characters, but they will be present (not in this game yet, but I see the tag).

Anyway, consistency is nice. I know what I'm getting.
The worst thing you can do in games like this is make the story and dialogue poor, make all the characters hypersexualized, especially the lolis because it makes no sense, make them one-dimensional, make the MC almost like a saint without flaws, and here I find it annoying that they made Thorben an asshole over the smallest things. I get that you want to make it clear that he is an asshole, but making him mistreat the daughters because they didn't want to hug the MC? That's overly dramatic, and I feel like it's a wasted opportunity to give us the chance to decide how we want to act, whether we want to tell Thorben to stop being an asshole or do something like that. Instead, we have to put up with the spineless MC who just lets his "friend" mistreat his daughters...

Looks like I'll never be able to enjoy a good loli/shota game with a decent story.

I do like the ones with a good story too, don't get me wrong. Most of those however you'll find to be Japanese, and my untranslated too.
But sometimes I can take things for what they are. I laugh at the stupidity with some things in this game, but you also have to look at what it's trying to do.
Does it try to be deeper than it is? Nope. Try to tell a massively compelling story? Nope. Try to rapidly build a harem with a ton of sex? Hell yes.
For me it's worse when devs pretend that their AVNs are something they are clearly not.
There's no delusion here at all, and Neko is doing what she set out to do. I appreciate her approach here more, than if she just tried doing something that was supposed to be deep, when it's really not.

Ofc, this won't jive with everyone, and it's sad, because we get so few loli games (and even less straight shota games - not that this is one, but just saying) nowadays. But it is what it is.
I am mostly happy to get SOMETHING, especially when that something doesn't include disgusting shit like NTR or sharing.
I just want loli sex, and if they can get preggers, I'm even more happy.

Probably a stupid question, is this two different games, the DLC with loli, and the other without, or do I merge them to get the loli content?

You put the DLC files in the /game folder.
Then you will have options during some scenes that say "Talk with Elena" vs "Talk with Elena (DLC)" and things like that. They are clearly marked
