I'm not going to be too hard on this game. It's the dev's first project, and I think he's smart for keeping a tight focus on one girl and a specific kink of "playing doctor."
Sure, there's stuff that can be improved, but I applaud the dev for putting this out, and I hope he keeps up the work and learns from his mistakes.
