I'd nip any hint of feminism in the bud. Women would stay at home with their children and keep the building block of society (the family) strong. There would be clearly seen differences between men and women: men and boys would have short hair and wear pants, women and girls would have long hair and wear dresses.
Body mutilations - tattoos, piercings, etc,. would not be allowed. With the exception of a single piercing in the lobe of a females ears.
When a boy turns 12 he becomes a man and is apprenticed to the trade of his choice, as well as being able to marry his first wife.
Girls are trained in the home and are able to marry when they reach menarche or become pregnant, whichever one comes first.
The poor and homeless would be trained in some field of work to get them self sufficient and able to contribute to society. Lazy and drunken men won't be able to just leech on their communities.
Food and water would be rigorously checked to maintain quality and to avoid contamination. All unnatural ingredients would be banned, along with genetically modifying or bio-engineering any food product.
Education would be controlled by the parents, with a one room schoolhouse option available to those who don't feel adequate teaching the three R's themselves. Colleges would be abolished and replaced with local gatherings of the towns elders, the older men teaching the young men and the older women teaching the young women from their stores of wisdom.
Trades would each have a research and development crew that would disseminate their findings throughout the kingdom.
Technology in the home would be limited to indoor plumbing, corded telephones, electricity, and refrigeration.
Technology in the community would include weather forecasting equipment, water testing equipment, a well equipped hospital, and a phone switchboard.
Money would consist of copper, silver, and gold. Paper money being inherently worthless would be discarded.
Employment in the working trades pay scale would be determined by quality, usefulness, danger and the inherent health risk involved. As the man's expertise increased so would his pay.
Entertainment would consist of books, live music, plays, balls, sports, and of course sex.
News media would be removed and replaced with a message board in each town conveying job opportunities, royal announcements, and the like.
Doctors would be trained in natural medicine using herbs and oils, but have access to top of the line diagnostic and surgery equipment.
Punishment for crimes would include public stocks for small infractions, restitution doubled for theft, servitude for a specified time for non-violent major infractions, and the death penalty for premeditated murder and other Major crimes.
Authority in the kingdom would be: 1. King (me), 2. Queens (wives) and counsel members would have my ear, 3. Local governance would be run by elected officials so that incompetence would not be allowed to continue. 4. Judges would be trained in law, appointed to an area with no previous connections to avoid partiality, and then spot checked for graft with bribe takers removed from service.
The next king after me would be chosen from my multitude of sons with a series of tests, judging his mental competence, his ruling acumen, and proficiency of diplomacy. The three best candidates would then travel the kingdom interacting with the people and learning humility by working with them. After a period of time (depending on how large my kingdom is), there would be an election to give the people the chance to pick their favorite candidate to be the crown prince.
Incest would be legal but not encouraged, but what happens in the home is under the parents purview. With incest legal, much time and resources would be spent until measures were found to mitigate the DNA mutation risks of inbred children.
Free love would be squashed, eliminating age of consent and instead replacing it with marriage laws.
Adultery would be criminalized, and real rapists (the girl was unwilling) would be held accountable for their actions (If the girl was married - death penalty, if not - she can choose to marry him or receive child support generated by his servitude if a child is conceived). If the girl was willing, she becomes his wife.
Polygamy would be legal for men, but not divorce. So choose wisely.
Widows become the wife of the closest relative of her husband that is willing to marry her, unless she desires to marry elsewhere.
Unmarried women remain with their parents until they find a husband.
Abortion and all birth control methods, including surgery, would be completely banned.
Women would have to agree to their marriage, but they can choose any man they want, no matter the relation. They increase in prestige every time they birth a child, encouraging the ultimate goal of soaking each egg with a lot of sperm, increasing the chances of conception. Creating a population boom to man the trades needed as well as keep a standing army. I would expand my domain whenever I needed more room for my people.

My first position after cowgirl is to free up relationships and marriages for everyone, and I do mean everyone. As long as both (or all) parties are consenting, go ham.
