3 Years of Service
Yeah, I've always assumed "flower" was named that to avoid the patch getting auto-flagged/deleted by file hosting sites. That said, the patch is kind of odd. Some interactions are blocked off entirely if you don't have it, which makes sense, but some scenes play out the same but have different images depending on if you have the patch or not. But if you go into the the files and compare the two images, named something like flower_somenumber.webp for the patch version and ch1_somenumber.webp for the unpatched, they're just the same image with no differences, so no idea what's going on there.
Also, there's not really any incest (kinda, sorta) yet. The game starts with you bumping into an old friend of yours that you haven't seen in many years, along with his wife, three daughters, and stepdaughter (they're the ones in the banner image). It quickly becomes apparent that he's turned into a complete and utter asshole in the time you've been apart, and thus begins "Operation Cuck This Bastard and Steal His Family". It gets mentioned that you and your former friend are distantly related, but no specifics beyond that. So that's why I said kinda-sorta since you're technically distantly related to the 3 youngest daughters. Elena (the blonde daughter) instantly takes a liking to you and starts calling you "Dad", but yeah... not really even step-cest yet at this point. It's NekoFairys though, so I wouldn't be surprised if some blood-related LIs get added at some point (or some LIs are revealed to have been blood-related all along).
As for the daughter with a pacifier, she's young but not actually that young; it's brought up how odd it is that she uses a pacifier/wears diapers/sleeps in a crib at her age (though it doesn't say what that age actually is). The reason for this is honestly kind of a bullshit, hand-wavey explanation of the sort that you're likely used to if you've played any NekoFairys games before; don't think about it too hard, basically. The wife is on medication for seizures. During her pregnancy with her oldest daughter, Sophia, she had a seizure, and either the seizure or the medication (it's kind of ambiguous) caused Sophia to have developmental issues. Her doctor advised her to not take the medication during future pregnancies. But then the other daughters ended up with developmental issues anyway because going off her medication caused withdrawal-like symptoms?? Anyway, development issues plus shitty home-life/dad she doesn't like being around. It also seems like she might be playing up her helplessness a bit for attention and/or to avoid responsiblity.
