A new Mass Effect with Commander Shepard would certainly be nice too.

Obsidian has their own things to work on such as Avowed that they're not going to do another Fallout

BioWare pretty much gave up on Mass Effect and they've lost a lot of good faith with their customers that Mass Effect is likely abandoned. Look what they're doing with Dragon Age as is.

Yes, I know. These are just wishes that will probably never come true. I'll probably never play anything from Ubisoft and Bioware again if they carry on like this.
A Fallout from Obsidian or another capable developer and a new Mass Effect from all the people who no longer work at Bioware would still be my dream.
