Keep in mind that there is natural and there is "natural". What you posted is natural for a young unbred woman blessed with perky, full genetics. Pregnancy and age change things so what's natural for a MILF who's had a kid or ten is going to be different, especially if she's lactating.

That's if you really want to push a realistic render, otherwise, titties are good.

@etrusmo I think you should consider what style you wanna go with. If you wanna keep it in the realms of "real", anything more than natural will be too much. You mentioned things are gonna grow, so again, if you are staying in the realm of "real", then start with natural. If realism is out the window, then anything goes I guess XD
