There is less and less production jobs in developed countries as it's delegate to machine and other countries. Today, a large part of active population is in services, desk workers job and that's the case for both men and women. For muscle job the difference in productivity already wasn't as important as some want to believe, but when it comes to brain job, men aren't better than women (they probably are worse in fact as testo make people more impulsive, which can be a problem in rational decision making: exemple, stats show that during covid, countries where a woman was in power had less casualties.)
