Had the same issue. You may need to change your system locale to Japanese. To do that go to control panel > clock,language, and region > region then change format to japanese in formats tab and sytem locale in administrative settings tab to japanese.

Endings guide, minimal spoiler:

Ending 1: Reject all seduction events. DO NOT increase her villainness stat at all. Increase favorability high enough to trigger the day 10 event. Do not accept her invitation on day 10 event. Choose to hug her on day 13 event. Say goodbye to her on day 19.

Ending 2: Exact same steps as ending 1, but don't say goodbye on day 19.

Ending 3: Exact same steps as ending 1 and 2, but do NOT hug her on day 13 event.

Ending 4: Accept most, if not all, seduction events. Increase her villainess (hidden stat) as high as possible. Simply pick all perverted options (devil symbol).

Ending 5: Accept some or at least 1 seduction event with decent affection and some villainess stat.

Ending 6: Run out of money OR choose the "refuse to pay" option in the tutorial.

Notes, tips, and extras:

• Ending 2 is the true ending and will unlock endless mode.
  
  
• I recommend doing Ending 1 and 2 last. Make two saves before the last choice so you can just reload.
  
  
• Check your relationship with her. If she thinks of you as an ATM on the character status screen, it means you won't be able to get Ending 1, 2 or 3. Increasing her villainness stat even for just one point will change this status into ATM.
  Most of the options with a devil symbol will increase her villainness stat. Do not choose it if you're planning on getting the first 3 endings.
  
  
• You can unlock all seduction events when doing the Ending 4 run except one (see below).
  
  
• One of the seduction events can only be triggered by playing a racing game with her. Later on day 6, you can access this seduction event. Missable if you never played any racing games with her before day 6.
  
  
• You can tell whether you're locked to Ending 4 or 5 based on her dialogue. Once you reach enough threshold and are locked to Ending 4, her dialogue will be very dom-y. Calling you a dog, insult and/or ignore you in some of the options, like bathing together.
  
  
• Be careful when doing the Ending 4 run, as you might accidentally get Ending 6. You still need to sell some clothes to pay for her fees.
  
  
• Repeating the same activities might unlock an alternative scene, e.g., playing doctor enough and eventually you'll unlock the option to ask her to strip. And later, she'll strip by herself without your input.

v1.06 was the pre-Steam release, the title was "With a Bewitching Girl / Masyou Syoujo To", when she's still depicted as a schoolgirl, and official translations are only for v1.07 and onward. I believe that's the only significant change, nothing minor at all. Other forum sites also said the steam release since v1.0.7 onward return even more unoptimized and some struggled to run the game.

I believe that's the only significant change, nothing minor at all. Other forum sites also said the steam release since v1.0.7 onward return even more unoptimized and some struggled to run the game.

She is still treated as a student in the Steam version, you just need the official patch released the same day on the akaeroCore website. The patch adds all the missing scenes and sets the girl's actual age, she is treated as a distant relative and as a student.
