I know there are two Overwatch games with handdrawn images but i mean a 3D cgi porn game in the world of Overwatch.

Is there some copyright by blizzard making it impossible to create such a game?

I don't think it will be a game no - because copyright infringement is a thing.. and while some throw away pictures or even short animations is one thing, if anyone would try to release an actual game (especially for money), blizzard will squash that dev like a bug.

It would have to be a parody, umm, that and a few other loopholes and it could be done, but the biggest thing is to make it hard to take down, so there goes most file share sources, which hurts distribution. Umm, but yeah it's doable, the actual issue is effort value, the expectation of quality is higher compared to yknow, yet another incest game
