I like them for their hand-drawn characters and scenes, but censorship is a huge turn-off for sure. I never really noticed the thing about expressions tbh, maybe I'm too focused on other parts lol

Well, I grew up watching anime so I really have no problem with it in that way, though I'll say both Western and Japanese games have their advantages and disadvantages.
What I really like about the Japanese games is that they generally are released complete, you never really know with Western games.

i wouldnt say i hate them. i hate the censorship and i do notice a very big obsession of fat bastard NTR shit which is weird to me because its not like most western NTR where you are stealing the girl away from a man who doesnt treat them well instead its a usually a woman from a generally happy relationship being taken and really makes me wonder about the mindset of some japanese young men especially after seeing how many stalkers they have over there and how bold they are. but ive never been there so it could not be as bad as i think.

In my eyes they all look alike, same look, different hair. But I found it strange in real life I'm more attracted to asian woman than to western woman. But in AVN's, the best girls are all western rendered type of girls.

You're not alone, but it's hard to deny that they probably have done more for anime, cartoons, and art styles in general than any other modern culture. That, and hentai and loli becoming more mainstream.

Oh I like the anime, cartoons when it's about the story. But with AVN they don't move, it's just still images, and if they fuck, you here that asian peeping, nope, not gone watch that...

I don't watch the anime because of the beautiful girls, I do however play the AVN because they look nice. If they move they can express emotion, but a still image of an japanese style cartoon doesn't really do much in the emotion part...

No not really for anime, for the anime style. If it moves it's okay. But those AVN don't move, they lose a lot of their glory that way. And I have to say, I never watch anime and think Oh I want to fuck that one.... I watch it for the story...

but then of course I play Nephilim and such and watch it for the story, and want to fuck the woman....

I'm more annoyed by the censorship. Plus, if you don't count the RPGM engine, they often use their own engines that are tied to the Japanese locale or you have to install software.

Censorship, bad translations, and honestly bad gameplay a lot of the time. A lot of the Japanese porn games I've played were needlessly grindy.
