Ah now I know what u meant before. Ye there aren't really many CGs from games (at least not from western games). But there are other artists that create the 3D art (with same quality) but you have to find them first. For such content i would search with tags like "3d" and/or "daz_studio". You can use even more tags at the same time for example you can go "3d daz_studio incest -futanari" and get some 3d incest images without futanari content. The tag system there is really good.

Hmm thats a hard one, japanese games sometimes have their galleries extracted to CGRips in a sites like "e" dash "hentai" dot organization (dont know if links are allowed here). When I take a quick look it seems that there are some western games too. There are more sites like that but I only remember this one. Or you can try your luck with "kemono" dot "su" which contains some leaks from patreon, subscriberstar and so on.

I think its because the dev got a clothing pack they liked in the studio and cant come up with a good idea to use it
