I hope you are using 7zip and not the Windows "feature", it sucks.
This can happen if your download is corrupt because of unreliable internet (Wifi? Mobile?) or maybe some issue with the hardware such as RAM or the storage being broken and corrupting things.

some time when your internet connection not stable you connect/disconnect corrupted the file, but the most issue come from your free space make sure you have free space higher than the size of the zip file it self

Many games that I download fail to unzip. Anyone know why? I usually try all links but sometimes they all fail.

If you tell it to extract right away by right-click it might error due to processing. Tell it to open in an extractor window first and it might work.
