Where is member+? Yesterday it worked, today the member+ section is not existing anymore: Is it cancelled or banned from the site?

One tip when you add the image of the transaction log to your support ticket make sure to add some text otherwise the system wont let you create the ticket thinking it's spam.

Yeah the mods are busy so make sure to add the image of the transaction log to make things faster, I forgot and it took a half an hour longer than it would have otherwise. They made an initial response in a half an hour but needed the image and took another half an hour after I sent it, probably busy with other tickets. It is faster and easier for both you and the mod if you add the image right away.

Just open a support ticket with a pic of the transaction...
Might take a while but they're working on it.
Guz89 fixed the problem for me in less than an hour!

You have to open a ticket for them to know that you are missing it. They don't really have any way of finding if you don't tell them.

Did you have it from before points? I think the ones that got grandfathered in were safe it was just the shop item that got borked.
