if you mean indie VN/eroge then torotoro resistance (known for Monster girl quest and paradox), leaf geometry (the sequel series), and Dieselmine (i think they are more publishers then dev team, but they always release quality games.)

I love all games from "Blackheart Games"
"Burst Out Games" is great too but he keep abandoning his games just to start new ones.

Used to be Icstor before Milfy City and now it's Motkeyz but if they don't post anything new soon I'm not sure.
