Overview:
Each heroine has a secret wish.
This is a story about making that wish come true together with the protagonist.
At the prologue stage, you choose one of three heroines.
You will develop a deep relationship of trust with that heroine.
When the heroine’s wish comes true, will the one closest to her be the protagonist, or…?​

I think it is avoidable, based on what I saw in the scene unlocker. I could have sworn there was an optional NTR tag, but I don't see it anymore.

Yep, it was, but probably SOMEONE decided we don't need it, while we have cheating (optional). Netorare (optional) is a very important tag as you can see by the reaction of prople, go kick some asses there in the uploader team, if it doesn't work I will talk to Heisenberg myself.

I was interested in this game (I like monster girls, and they look pretty damn good in this game), but it looks like the ntr is the main theme of this game (if I am reading things right). Is that true, or is there a good amount of vanilla too? Also, what is the cheating tag in this game? Is it just random side NPCs, or are you going with the other two "heroines" after choosing one at the beginning?

the cheating is 100% optional, but looking at the unlocked content, most of it is cheating or netorare.

I'm working on this, so hang in there, my lovely folks. For now, I'll leave the patch here and link to it in the game post later. I'll also include a warning in the post and set up some new mirrors.
