Depends on the mood if I'm looking for a quick fun time then dark path, but if there's a character I instantly click with light path for them dark for everyone else. But few games actually let you do bad/evil shit that are good quality. Being the young, naive, bigus dickus having, sex adverse, dopey MC gets real fucking exhausting when its your 15th time in a row being it. Sometimes a little edge or at least not just fainting at the sight of a womans tits would be nice but a lot of games way in the other direction. Some more moderation in the space would be nice.

I usually do the good route first to see if I like the game. Usually because the good route has less content and is quicker.

I tend to stick to good unless there is a scene or relationship that I want to see by going evil.

Depends on the story. If the LIs haven't wronged the MC in any way then the good route, but if it's a revenge storyline then i go full scorched earth evil. No in-betweens (unless the LIs are on a redemption storyline).

The first time I play, I will carefully read the plot and choose the appropriate route
After finishing, choose another route

I tend to do both at the same time, saving a section for the different routes.

If I'm lazy, the good route first. I know its fiction but hurting pixels is still hurting them to me haha

I tend to go the good route first then the bad one.

I more or less tend to stick to good exclusively, depending on how depraved bad actually is. I'm down for some minor corruption, but I'm not remotely into forced rape (sleep sex is fine), genuine abuse or as the bad routes of games often go into, sharing/whoring out the love interests.

Sadly the good one is most times, the gameplay way. If the evil route is part of the gameplay loop then ofcourse the most evil subhuman route.
