Honestly, not huge on loli games. Ive played some, but mostly not a big fan. My main pull to loli games is that I hate huge tits lol. Im sure there are some people here that could name them in their sleep. To think that your folder with almost 270GB BARELY overlaps with my own collection is nothing short of insane, so I'll probably just comment on the ones I know:
- Mage Kanade is a god-tier from one of the GOATs Dieselmine, so definitely worth playing/uploading
- Ravager I know about but haven't played it, but I heard from an old friend that it's quite good
- Violated Max Volume wasn't very much up my alley but the gallery scenes are quite nice if you're into masochism/hardcore submission, too bad no animations
I did get interested in seeing that "futanari elf" game up there, might go looking for it later
You might want to be a little more careful about what content you put into non-local AI tools. GPT (and most of the other big named ones) have auto reporting features. First of all, they store almost all data because it is what they learn with, but if you post something that makes the AI respond with "per blah blah terms and blah blah, I cannot assist you with XXXXXXXX", then those get reported. Usually, it is just a quick glance at the prompt to see if it was an incorrect denial (AI thought it couldnt respond, but it could) so they can fix that or if it was legit. But if they see content that seems possibly... unallowed, then they can report it. Not sure how those people reviewing your request would take loli/shota content. Also, just because it has helped with similar requests before does not mean it won't suddenly find some reason to deny a request. I had a massive like 200+ request chat with one where I was making a cheat tool for a few different games. The games were all adult, and all had graphic text, but the AI was not helping me with that, just with the code to make the javascript tool. But suddenly with no change in content type or no new content, it could not help with content with "graphic sexual" terms. Better safe than sorry.
I would not be so sure. About 2 years ago, there were actually a LOT of loli type games on steam and they slowly started getting removed. I think most of them were made with the content censored or hidden and you had to go to the devs site to download a "patch" to enable it, but I am not sure. I never bought any of them and only knew about it from devs I spoke with about getting games listed there.

I usually don't pick up many games cause, especially for loli stuff, they're hard to find, not animated and quite boring most of the time, if all you're interested in is the gallery like I am most of the time then fine, but I do have a few gems I kept around that I didn't see in your list so I'm just gonna list some names here:
- Brainwashing with Tentacles - not 100% loli but there's a couple around, nice short gameplay with simple but animated scenes
- Attack it! Devil Legion / Castle of Temptation - God-tier games by Poring, pixel animations are always nice to see and a bit of everything for everyone (CoT does have some more extreme stuff so I'd advise a bit of caution for the more squirmy people)
- Milk Commissions - a huge gallery of pixel animations, lots of lolis there, no gameplay, just pick a girl and watch her scene, nice and simple
- Doris Lady of the Night - very cute girl, very simple VN-style gameplay, very loving scenes
- Elven Conquest and EC2 - have lolis, not loli-focused, but good enough gameplay and nice animations made it worth keeping
- Caryo - creator, has some nice lolis in his games, personally I recommend the "Succubus of the Tavern" series (5 games so far, with an honorable mention to Defeated Demon Lord [...]) but Night of the Succubus is also very nice
- Eroico - well-known platformer title, kinda difficult, has some smols too but it's more of an all-around, also not that easy to notice when everything is pixel and about your own size
- The Demon's Stele and the Dog Princess - Tbh I didn't bother with the story here, went straight to pounding the absolutely lovely and cute little princess, well-made animations and even though she only has ears and a tail, you can also turn those off for those who really can't stand kemonomimis (I don't know why you'd do that tho, the ears only makes them cuter)
- Idol Live, Under Ichigo / Relative Twins Reverse Rape me - both from GensoLab, top-tier games too with cute girls who are smaller than you, GLab also has other games but I didn't like them that much
- Kateisaien - very hard to find games from this dude, but he has some animated novels which feature some INCREDIBLY cute and funny girls
- KituKituHole - short game about a little mage stuck in a tunnel, run away from whatever thing is chasing you or "face the consequences"
- Knight of Erin - a classic, has a cute loli in it and even was animated, tho not in its entirety as it's common for these types of games
- Lico's Mysterious Errand - I'll be honest, haven't played this one yet, but heard it was good
- RJ01147616 / RJ01523403 - IMO the best ones from Mekakushi Musume, cute girls, nice animations, polished enough

- Nightmare School - rather short RPGM, I know this can be an instant turn off for people but trust me on this, it's a tag/hide-and-seek style game where you get raped by cute girls at every turn, pixel animations with static game over CGs

my maximum allowed Cold Storage quota is (4 TB + 1000 GB) : 5 TB (but i have unlimited hot storage)...
I can go up to 5 TB, but beyond that, I’d need to expand my storage.
