Lab Rats 2 with its new AIGen mod are nice. The mod calls and generates images on the fly, which fixes LR2's oldest problem: pretty bad models. Obviously you need half-decent hardware.

I just realized I haven't actually gotten to any pregnancies on my new play through with the mod installed, so I'm kind of assuming it continues to behave well.

Honestly, probably not great. It's not something I really pay attention to, but even then I've noticed a few times it was off. If you're looking for it and bothered by it, I'd guess you'll notice quite a bit more.

Haramase Simulator MC's gets licensed to impregnate women as his part-time job. Pretty sure it is abandoned, but there is a lot of content to go through.
