My perfect porn game that doesn't exist is one where you can marry your family members at the half way point of the story and have polygamous incest with them that leads to inbreeding... yet the rest of the story still continues on from there. Normally, these games are all about building up to such a moment and then they just end with no follow up. I understand that's the standard model, but I really would like a game bold and visionary enough to follow the basic story structure I just outlined.

That would probably take way too long to make unless your halfway point is actually the beginning.

No idea if he's every going to finish it or not, but Sir Dammed has said on his Patreon that one of the goals of Radiant is to really explore the "payoff space" after you finally get the Family Harem hitting on all cylinders, not just wrap the game up the way stuff like Parental Lust and Sisterly Lust did.

More seriously, the porn game I wish I had would be a long game starring a *likeable* fem protag (not a dumb slut or a man-in-woman's-body, but an actual funny, clever, likeable cool chick) who does the classic Incest Harem bit but it's all lesbian and the burn is slllloooowwww so as to really emphasize the taboo. The MC can be either one of the daughters or the mom. I'd love to see a horny, smart girl putting in effort to seduce her family members (which should include some cute twins, a loli or two, a hot milf, maybe a cool aunt), and I'm fine with some weirdness to make it more plausible (supernatural stuff or hypnotism or superdrugs or whatever). There should be some back-and-forth drama so you feel like you earned that harem (but no branching content). And once we get to the part where everyone is in the harem and all happily fucking each other, the game does NOT just end-- it goes on for a bunch of chapters so you can really explore that stuff.
If someone did a game like that with really good art, I'd be just shovelling money at them.

Couldn't find it after a quick search, but there was a porn story on the old alt.sex.stories usenet forum (looong time ago) with a similar premise and your game idea really reminds me of it. The title was something like "The Landlord Always Wins".
This destitute family (mom and two girls) gets invited to stay in this really nice apartment building for free for a couple months until they got settled. Place is really nice, even offered some free food in vending machines, and all the neighbors were also single moms with daughters. After a while the landlord starting charging them "rent". Landlord was never in the story, it was all done with letters in the mailbox. "Your rent is due! This month, you will...." Started with fully-clothed but suggestive poses, then swimsuits, then underwear, then nude, then masturbating, etc. Eventually she was given pills to give the girls (who were young teens) to make them loopy so she could film them doing sexual stuff too. Mom tried to bail but by that point the landlord knew everything about her and had tons of blackmail. Anyway, things progress and the Mom ends up actually drugging and raping her daughters. It ended with the LL threatening to send the tape to the daughters unless Mom went out and recruited another family like hers, and the final scene was the Mom calling her church and asking for numbers of single moms that needed help.
It was pretty fucked up but well-written and sexy in a dark way.
I guess what I am saying is that I've seen a plot like that done well, so I have no doubt it could make a great game.

So, it's not a perfect game, but something i came up with spontaneously.
Porn parody of "Blast from the past" movie but without father. First half would be about mc living with his mother in bunker and using his time to acquire various skills: learning languages, how to repair stuff, etc. Also either having a fun time with his mother, or solving her lack of sexual life some other way, like making a personal fuck robot for her.
Second half would take place after a time skip, when MC gets outside for the first time. At this part mc would date different girls depending on his skills.
