You mean Eve (the blue haired girl)? If so, yes. She actually has one of the best developed arcs in the game. As in, the de actually bothered to build up a relationship between them instead of "me horny, you big dick, let's fuck" like the others.

You actually get to choose if you want her to be a natural girl or a dude, cock and all. I haven't tested the later since I'm straight, but the option is there if you're into that. I won't judge.
