What are you some level of an expert on? Could be a specific skillset, could be encyclopedic knowledge, could be years of experience in a field. Thought I'd create a space for specific topical discussions, Q&A, getting great minds together!

For me, I can probably have an indepth conversation regarding music, guitar, singing, film, theater, acting, writing, philosophy, politics, psychology, kink/bdsm, gaming, service industry work, coffee, food, probably a few other things I can't think of at the moment

Surprisingly, I'm really good at cunniligus. When I lost my virginity (my ex didn't know she was my first, I definitely wasn't her first), I made her orgasm with my tongue alone which surprised her. beef mince or pulled pork. cooked however your tastes prefer, if in a rush use beef mince with a taco seasoning
Black beans (tined, drained, add to pot with water and bring to boil)
Corn (optional) (tined, drained, add to pot with water and bring to boil)
Salsa - i prefer Doritos Mild Salsa Dip
Guacamole - Make fresh, bought Guac is gross (smash and avacardo, finely dice red onion, finely diced tomato (remove all the wet bits from the tomato before dicing - throw this in with the meat or salsa) little bit of salt, pepper and fresh lime juice. rough cut of cilantro (sucks to be the onea with the birth defect that makes cilantro taste like piss) mix everything in = best fucken Guac you will have
Sour Cream
Cheese Sauce - if you have the ability to make it yourself - Mornay sauce (with no nutmeg) . alternatives - buy cheese sauce - grated cheese and melt on top (buy block cheese and grate your self, pre grated cheese has an anti caking agent in it that fucks up the melt.

As for me, this is the history of the Bronze Age civilizations (especially Minoan Crete and Mycenaean Greece), the history of antiquity, the political history of the 20th century, the history of cosmonautics and the current state of space exploration by direct research (using spacecrafts), the history of cinema of the 20th century. Over the past 40 years, I have accumulated a sufficient stock of knowledge in these areas, but I do not claim to be an encyclopedist. As an example, I am indifferent to music, painting, and medieval history.
