I still own the tapes, but the first one was in German.
It was some sort of gym bunny porn where the chicks wore leotards and crazy 80's hair.

My first pc game would be Road Rush, If I remember correctly, back in year 97-98. If you count Leisure Suit Larry as an adult game, then It would be my first. I think I have played a visual novel as my first direct porn game. Don't remember its name though, but story is about gender switching.

There's a very, very old game that was basically Worms, but before such things came around, it involved box model of tank on 2D plane where you are in a duel with another tank. The goal was to remove terrain under the other tank to make it fall and you had to figure out what angle and what power you fire with every time.
The first game with sexual content would have been Fallout 2 where I became a porn star
And the first actual porn game was a flash game, Sim Dating or something, where your player character worked out and gained stats to improve their salary before going on dates with girls and that whole thing.

I'm way younger then the game, but it's my very first game. And I still have very fond memories of it.

(Technically it's the second game I've played. The first is lost to the oblivion and I only remember from it that it was on Newgrounds and it was a very short story.)
It's a great game and what made me dive into adult games. The Grisaia trilogy and the Majikoi! games quickly followed after Katawa Shoujo.

First actual game might have been donkey kong country on SNES my parents got me one when i was around 5. and later learned from my mom that when us kids were sleeping she was gaming on it too.
