Only one I can distinctly recall the name of is Simgirls. Was on serious copium for an update, by the time one eventually did happen (not sure if was the original dev or some offshoot) I had moved on to far better things for quite some time lol. Went back very briefly just to see if it did anything for me, and it's so laughably bad and subpar compared to most stuff on this site.

Leisure Suit Larry. I was pretty young at the time. My buddy and I had a sleepover one weekend. When I got there he popped in the game and we played it all night.. Looking back, I guess that was kind of a weird thing to do with your friend.

Technically it would be Leisure Suit Larry like a couple posts up, but in the more modern era it would be an early version of Depraved Awakening when the game wasn't completed yet. But then it was years before discovering that there was an entire genre of these games.

He got a huge amount of money from his backers on pat, then he rushed the game ending, cut a lot of potential plot lines, cut ending options, reduce the amount of animations and called that 1.0. Dick move all over
