I particularly don't like NTR/Cheating if it is unavoidable. If it is a toggle in the game where it can be turned off or it is clearly marked in choices, I don't mind too much.
Other than that, I don't like scat and guro (unless I can turn it off in game).

Sometimes a good game might have one of these tags, and if so, I just ignore the stuff I dont like. Because I'm an adult and im capable of ignoring things that I dont like But if i see more than one of these tags on a game, then you best believe ima not play it.

Gay, feet, futa, shit or diapers, milf and furry. I'm not a big fan of rape either but I'll generally dip my toes in the water to see if there's more to it or if it's just a mindless rapefest. Games have to have a decent storyline for me or it's not worth it. I'd take a game with a good plot and zero sex over the opposite.

futa/trans - It will depend a lot on the story, whether there are several characters or the MC or the game is just about that, I'm not interested, but if there is only one secondary character, I usually don't see a problem, it will depend a lot on the art.
