For me, any tags are fine, I don't have any particular idiosyncrasies, but it's the game that makes the difference.
A good game with good characters and an interesting story can have any tags active.
The only exception I make is where there is violence, rape, compulsion, and coercion as the main elements.

I don't like these very much.
I accept them only if there is a story behind them that justifies their meaning.
The stories, characters are the first thing. Tags are not important.

I dont have any interest in anything specific. I hate "real porn" games for a few reasons and use tags to filter those out. But otherwise if the story is interesting enough and the characters believable, then tags are meaningless to me and it's whatever.
