discussion What older games do you have fond memories of?

Crusoe Had It Easy was one of my first games, that and Space Paws are two games that I wouldn't look twice at if they came out today (visuals and tags don't exactly appeal to me) but I'll never forget playing them for the first time, the way a whole new world opened up. I still think they have solid stories, if not vanilla compared to what is coming out today.

Nowdays everyman demands super graphics and smooth animations, but there was a time when text-based adult games was a thing, with no pictures or only just a few. There were some very good, with interesting plot, good writing and clever puzzles, and there was the King of the AIFs, Goblinboy.

Sisterly Lust was my first VN. I still think of Bella fondly. sigh.

Not sure if this qualifies as "old" but Acting lessons.

I don't recall the primary girl's name, wish I wasn't forced into a relationship with her, but Melissa, I loved her. First play through, I got probably the worst ending possible and was devastated. In a later play through, I really tore into Melissa's dad (he is abusive), only to discover her took it out on her later in the story!!! That got me so heated!
