What non-sexual stuff makes you quit a porn game?

Annoying mini-games that you can't skip.

I hate feeling like I'm being forced to wade through acres of padding to reach content. Repetitive tasks and grinding, or talking to 50 people to achieve something tiny. Still, you can grab the images from most games if the gameplay isn't up to scratch

Time-limits, I like to play at my own pace and when there's a limit I feel like I have to min-max the gameplay, on the same vein when there's an event or quest with a time limit

For me to quit the game, there has to be a lot of grinding. I also don't like any mini-games for reaction, QTE, etc. I still want to play a porn game.

Serious politics. I like funny jabs at every political system, just not serious discussions about that or human rights.

Bad writing is the biggest turn off. I extend this to poor word selection and too much bad spelling as well as terrible character development or bad plot. I also get annoyed when characters either get into or avoid sexual situations unrealistically. In the first case when it's just to throw a sex scene in because there hasn't been one in a while. The second in the case they want to get you to play for longer or grind a bit more.

This! Even though i usually just skip most of the text cause I came for the wank and not a whole story, bad writing is biggest turn off even if the game has good graphics

Points of no return and unclear branching paths, I can get points of no return if they are signposted, but I hate when it's a point where you can't experience something anymore without making a backup save, and reloading that over and over. Then going along with the main game later.
Same with choices, I like seeing the choice ahead of the deciding, it's fun in normal games like Metroidvanias to explore but a H game, I'm less in the mood for that, I see a fork in the road and if I go left and then hit progress, I get really mad and need to reload and check the right hand path. Played a few HRPGs where you miss items and health etc, can't progress a few rooms later.
And story choices not just navigation, I remember a game I kept getting a middle of the road ending, turned out the choices for the good/bad endings was to play all good/bad except one specific choice where you have to chose good in the otherwise evil rule for the true evil end and choose the evil choice in the otherwise good run for the true good ending.

Horrible graphics and grinding are the deal-breaker for me

Nephilim - The Island. The story has gone to shit. It's actually so focused on random sex scenes, lazy writing and ripping off other creators that it's so damn boring.

Otherwise sandbox repetition, pointlessly added sandbox and anything that's there to just delay you from getting to the next part. Seriously what is the point in grinding?

It's been said a few times, but I hate the multiple paragraphs of gibberish that the author thinks is profound.
They read like they've been translated three times and not proof-read at any point.

The ship-driving minigame in Seven Seas is a real bummer IMHO. Very finnicky and I thought I was supposed to be able to play these things with one hand....

Story issues, grinding, bad sandbox, engrish (I can get over minor issues but some I've seen are abysmal).

I find the only games that do this for me are visual novels. Other types of games at least keep me hooked with the gameplay but with VNs if there's no sex happing for a while I feel it kinda defeats the purpose of being NSFW.

Theres quite a few.
  1. Unnecessarily long unfun grinds. Don't mistake me, minigames can be fun, but if you have ONE minigame for a game that requires grinding, its unfun. Allowing a player a choice of grind helps make the game a much better experience. Like MDRG. They have the stock market, work, and casino. You can grind any of these three ways, and you can even use streaming. Those by themselves are 4 different grinds, and you can find the way you like grinding money and get to it.
  2. When the main character is horrendously written.
  3. Shitty story. You can have a bad story and make a good porn game, sure, but I like getting immersed in games.
  4. The inability to change sound volume. If I take off my headphones and can hear sounds and not adjust it, your game can go and rot in development hell until you add that.
  5. Kinetic novels. I mean, I like playing games, but without the ability of choice, and there is no interaction besides changing names, then you've made a movie. Not a game.

Definitely if is is to grindy. I dont want to have to deliver 50 Pizzas to be able to buy one peace of clothing that unlocks one picture/scene. Yes, I am looking at you, Summertime Saga.
