Honestly? The quality of the models. If its a 3D game and your models give me uncanny valley feelings Ill avoid it. And on the flip side, if they look so bad they dont even look human Ill avoid them.

Apart from Japanese graphics, which I just hate (including HS/HS2), tags are the first frontier, since a number of fetishes are unacceptable to me (sissification, vore, watersport, scat, futa/trans, trap, gay, furry, etc.). In addition, before downloading the game, if it having been under development for a long time, I carefully read reviews, not those that consist of 3-5 sentences, but large, full-fledged texts with a detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this project. And of course, the summary-there are topics that I personally am not interested in, why would I waste time on such things?
