Stardew Valley would also be on my 'to lewd' list. Though I'd try to change it to a 3d game instead of 2d pixel, and there would be a lot of 'animal husbandry' potential.
Become the village slut and be the rumored father of half the kids in the valley, or the home wrecker that cucks every wife in town with their husbands - or be a predator lesbian that turns all housewives gay. Get married and introduce your spouse to the joys of 'playing' with horses, dogs, cattle and whatever else you have on the farm. Grown psychedelics and host orgies with the towns folk that like you. Use the witch's magic to make the whole town forget all about your depravity and start the cycle all over again.

That is horribly OBSCENE, VILE, and DEPRAVED!!! Someone need to make it happen so I can play it and uh... pass judgement, yes. >.>

A lot of them, lol. Lots of games with romance options would be good to go a step further, like Rune Factory. Mass Effect, Trails series, Zenless Zone Zero...could go on and on. Dragon's Dogma would be good, people spend a lot of time making their pawns attractive >_>. I spent more time creating my pawn than I did my main character and the best we get is some revealing armor.

Cyberpunk is frustrating, because as others have pointed out, in this thread, I kind of expected it to be lewder, in the first place. It really hit me when clouds was basically just a therapy session.

How about palworld and pokemon games. The palworld has that capture and use for labor feel already, could be made more lewd and erotic in many ways. The pokemon games also have many possible ways to introduce so many kinks, plots and content. Hypno's, ditto, champions and random trainers. Different pokemon for different kinks. The criminals managing more underground erotic stuff like brothels and etc.

Pokemon, Digimon, Palworld, Monster Rancher even though it's not mainstream and Monster Hunter, really any game where you deal with monsters and beasts. Training, taming, fighting and breeding creatures just sounds like so much fun if there is a sexy reward or punishment on the line.
