Chip butty is the only way I've even remotely heard what this is called.

It looks like a dry mouth disaster.

But I can't judge. My buddy and I used to go to and get a double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich, then we'd take off the bottom buns and put the chicken between the beef patties, then use the other top bun as a bottom bun. We called it a McGangBang, and it was a glorious, disgusting thing to eat.
