Absolutely normal, you can do the worst thing in the world when writing a character, but it won't be as bad as the most generic thing possible that doesn't trigger any reaction.

Truer words. Few things can turn me off faster than a generic, forgettable LI character that is just there to provide... what exactly?

Ah, makes sense. I agree with you on the dick obsession in porn. And I thought things were bad for me with the lack of content but it must be far worse for you. I can understand your frustration. For me the top two worst love interests are:

Skanky Bartender. Almost the same reason as the prostitute. She's been around... a lot, or maybe she's super picky, but either way, she's just not really interesting.

It doesn't kill me if a girl has been around a bit. (like a mom, ect) But when its clear they've been around a lot? Nope.
