Better variety of management games. I've always believed that management and adult games should go together perfectly. Around 6-8 years ago, it seemed like the community knew this as well and there was a significant number of them. However, they fell out of fashion. Devs turned away from them because of the amount of programming needed to make them and players turned away because they got tired of brothel sims.

More/better text based rpgs. Similar to management games, these used to be the rage. TiTs, Liliths Throne, CoC, EraToho, the list goes on. Sadly, they've also fallen out of fashion.

I would also like to see games explore the reversed gender role concept more. Twisted World did a pretty god job of this by including isekai elements, but I'm generally confused why this setting isn't used more.

My tastes are all over the place, but I would like more scenes with pregnant women in terms of H, in terms of type of games I want more of a management or strategy type, I feel more fulfilled when I unlock H scenes after having earned them with some effort , although of course the scenes have to be of quality. An example would be the Akabur games.
